Special Education

Students receiving special education services will be served in the least restrictive environment and with the appropriate supports detailed in the student's Individual Education Plan.

Please let the Guidance Department know upon enrolling if the student has an IEP.

If a student has difficulty learning, a Student Support Team (SST) consisting of the student, parents, counselor, teachers, and administrator can be assembled to discuss the student's individual learning needs. Added supports can be suggested and implemented based on team's input. A referral for special education services may be made only by SST's recommendation.

Please contact the student's counselor to set up an SST meeting or the Academic Support Office for information about special education services.
