We are excited that your child will be attending Collins Hill High School.  Our school district has an easy-to-use, secure online registration system that will allow you to complete many of the forms required for registering your child.  Please follow the steps outlined below to complete your child's registration.  We look forward to welcoming your family to The Hill!

Step 1:  Check that Collins Hill HS is your school
Step 2:  Gather all of the Required Registration Documents
Step 3:  Complete the district's Online Registration

NOTE: Select "I am a new parent" if you have never had a child enrolled in a GCPS school.  Select "I am a returning parent" if you have previously had a child enrolled in a GCPS school.  For "returning parents", your Username is the email address you had on file as a GCPS parent; if you do not remember your password, please select "Forgot Password" to reset/create your password.

Step 4:  Schedule an in-person appointment to complete the registration process (both the enrolling parent and the new student should be present for the appointment).  The duration of the appointment may range from 30 minutes to 1 hour.  Please plan accordingly.

Questions or Need Help?  Please call our Records Office at 678-376-8694 or our Counseling Office at 770-682-4106.

NOTE TO ALL FAMILIES:  If you do not have access to a computer/internet, we have parent computer stations available for your convenience.  Please plan to arrive at least 30 minutes BEFORE your scheduled appointment to complete the required online registration.  Bring ALL required documents with you to be uploaded to your online registration (Paper copies are best.  If you only have digital copies, please download them to your mobile device or email them to yourself before you come in, so that you may easily access them for uploading.)

NEW STUDENTS ENTERING A U.S. SCHOOL:  Please call 678-344-2603 to schedule an appointment at our Gwinnett County Newcomers Center.  Once you complete the appointment at the Newcomer's Center, you may proceed with scheduling an appointment at Collins Hill High School in order to complete your enrollment.  You may call 770-682-4106 for assistance.
