How do I login to the ParentVUE?

You can log into the ParentVUE App with the same information you use to log into ParentVUE on a computer or mobile browser.  The Username is your email address on record with the school.  If you have not logged into ParentVUE or forgotten your password, tap Forgot Password and enter your email address.  A reset email with instructions will then be sent.  If, for any reason, you still are unable to log in, please submit this request for additional help from a staff member at Collins Hill High School.  Please DO NOT register for a new ParentVUE account.  

How do I download the ParentVUE mobile app?

The ParentVUE mobile app is available in the Google Play store for Android Devices and the App Store for Apple (iOS) devices.  Once the app is downloaded, open it and swipe left to choose your school district.  If enabled, the app will use location services to find the closest districts, but you can also enter your zip code to search.

Can more than one parent/guardian have access to ParentVUE?

Yes.  ParentVUE access may be granted to multiple parents/guardians as long as they are listed as such in our student records and have education rights (indicated at enrollment by the Enrolling Parent).  Each parent account must be associated with a unique email address.  Therefore, each parent/guardian must have their own, individual email address.

How do I change my email address with ParentVUE?

You will need to update your email address on record at the school.  This must be done in person at the school.  Once the email is changed, it will become your new Username for ParentVUE.

What should I do if I experience any technical trouble with my ParentVUE account?

Please submit this request for technical assistance from a staff member at Collins Hill High School.  Please call 770-682-4117 if you need assistance with submitting this request for technical assistance.  Or you may schedule an appointment if you prefer.
